Membership Billing Issue
In an effort to help our members out during quarantine, we instructed our 3rd party billing service to only charge half price for the month of April. Unfortunately, this created a problem for membership billing in May. Our members were billed their regular fee plus an additional half price fee.
The billing service has already taken action to reverse the excess charge. It may take a few days to appear on your statement. Please allow this week for the charge reversal to process.
